Welcome
to Perfect Fit, LLC. My name is Dave
Soucy, Fitness Consultant and Certified
Personal Trainer. I founded Perfect Fit
on the belief that optimal health and
fitness is achieved through a lifestyle
of sensible exercise and nutrition.
Quick fixes, fad diets, worthless pills,
and the latest infomercial rip-offs will
not help you get fit, and in fact can
often do more harm than good.
Like many of you, I know what it is like
to battle with weight, as I spent the
majority of my childhood and adult years
fighting that battle. I even tried some
of those quick fixes and worthless
products. Every so often through the
years, I would get on the exercise
wagon, couple that with the
latest extreme or fad diet and would
lose weight, sometimes a little,
sometimes a lot.
Inevitably though, whatever weight I
lost, and usually a little more, ended
up coming back as soon as the diet or
exercise regimen became unmanageable.
Sound familiar? Add in a high pressure
job that required significant travel and
eating room service and restaurant food
far too often, and it was an unhealthy
recipe for fitness failure.
When an opportunity presented itself to
leave the high pressure career behind, I
jumped at the chance and have never
looked back. I threw all of my efforts
into educating myself on health,
nutrition, and fitness. I discovered why
my exercise programs of the past never
produced the results I wanted and
why all of those diets actually made me
fatter!
I learned why, even though more people
than ever say they are dieting, over 60%
of adults in this country are overweight
or obese. I utilized this
knowledge, making lifestyle changes and
applying proper nutrition and sound
exercise technique to lose more than 45
pounds of body fat, while becoming
certified as a Personal Trainer to help
others do the same.
I formed Perfect Fit, LLC in order to
share my knowledge and training. My goal
is to help others realize that they too
can achieve health and wellness through
sound, safe, and effective nutrition and
exercise principles, while leaving the
diets and infomercial products behind.
Both my Bootcamps and
Healthy Weight Inner Circle are
designed to do this.
