The New Perfect Fit Bootcamp Blog

Hey there, thanks for checking out the site.  This is the new blog for Perfect Fit Fitness Bootcamps.

No, it’s not going to replace my main blog at DaveSoucy.com, or even be that similar to it.  This blog is basically going to be just about the latest and greatest happenings here at our Bootcamp classes.

You’ll be able to get a sneak preview on upcoming workout routines, and I’ll post any schedule changes, talk about the workouts, post some pictures, and add anything else that I feel like rambling on about.  I might post some of my workouts, talk about nutrition, introduce a new exercise, or just go on a rant about the Biggest Loser and why I think Jillian Michaels is an idiot.

Who knows?

Anyway, keep an eye out for new posts, or if you’d rather you can subscribe via RSS or email, you can do that to the right.  I promise not to spam you, won’t give your info to any nefarious sorts, and you can unsubscribe any time.
